Write to hello@buylivepure.com with three things: the account email, the tool you ran, and the job id from the library.

If a job fails before a result is saved, the credits for that job return to the balance on their own. If the balance did not move, send the job id and we will look at the ledger row. Cash questions follow the order in the shop. Credits are not a cash withdrawal.
